I’m starting to get “into my knees” in the Squat. That means my knees are getting out a bit farther than they should be and as a result I’m getting a bit of soreness in them. Probably a result of focusing on getting my knees forward so much. Okay, they’re forward enough now. Might look into getting some neoprene sleeves for them.
