Wanna hear something funny? For the longest time I’ve had an issue where the bar would tilt to the right when I was squatting. Well now it’s tilting to the left. On Sunday I did some soft tissue work on my back, scapular border, high ribs. Must have loosened something up. At least I know it’s a mobility issue and not a skeletal anomaly.
