Squats looked really good. “Knees Forward” is my power cue at this point. Gotta be careful not to get too forward but bar path and speed are so much better.

Bench is a bit tougher with a closer grip. Probably going to keep it here for another week. Not sure what my Intensity will be this week yet.

Loving these LTEs. I do these Rippetoe-style with a bit of a stretch reflex at the bottom
