Got behind on logging this week. Here’s a quick summary:
Monday was rough did 360x3x5 on Squats then 225x3x5 (Paused on Bench, something of a PR) then a 5×5 at 315 on Squats. On Wednesday I noticed a lot of built up fatigue, especially in my low back so I decided to skip the second set of deadlifts.
This session wasn’t too bad. Still lot of fatigue. I don’t think my recovery has been optimal. Have forgotten to take my caloric supplement lately (peanut butter by the spoonful).
