Depth was okay. Didn’t lose too much here

#Close Grip Bench
145 x 6 @7
155 x 6 @7
165 x 6 @8
175 x 6 @9
165 x 6 @9

Feels like I’ve got my strength back after last week’s fiasco. Asked Mike T. if my programming may have contributed to it.
He didn’t seem to think so. Possible I just wasn’t eating enough.
