Really focusing on keeping a neutral spine. As a result I’m getting a lot of localized low-back fatigue from these.

#Competition Raw Bench

Need to be more consistent on Pause length

#303 Tempo Squat

Lot of residual soreness from Monday’s squats. Working on breaking at the hips and knees simultaneously.

This was a very productive day. Got Deadlift back on track and improved my technique substantially.
