My name is Chad Hydro and I am a USAPL powerlifter.
This blog contains my collective essays and contemplations relating to powerlifting including programming, periodization, psychology, etc. I spend a lot of time thinking about training and this blog will prevent me from driving my wife crazy with training talk.
